AI-first marketing operations for regulated health markets

AI assistants answer from a short list of sources. Be the answer.

Abovance builds the pages, the entity graph and the technical layer that get health brands cited inside AI answers, with a senior human signing off on every claim. Pricing is public. Proof is our own.

Nashville healthcare, supplement brands, clinics and research suppliers. No decks, no discovery call to get a price.

Step one

Someone asks.

Not a keyword. A whole question, typed into an assistant the way they would ask a friend who happens to be a clinician.

Step two

The assistant keeps a handful of sources.

It does not rank ten links. It reads, resolves and trusts a few pages, then composes one answer from them. Everything else on the web is invisible for that question.

Step three

One of them is you.

That citation is the placement we work for. It is measurable in Search Console, it converts better than paid traffic did for our own brand, and it compounds.

Search used to be a list.
Now it is an answer.

Built on our own brands before we sold it to anyone.

Abovance came out of running GEO on a supplement company we own. Every method on this page was tested on our sites first, measured in Google Search Console, and kept only if it moved a number.

0pages in the rebuilt CalmGut architecture, down from a sprawling catalog
0monthly impressions on one rebuilt hero page by the August checkpoint
0%conversion on sessions referred from chatgpt.com, the only channel that converted

Figures are from the CalmGut property in Google Search Console, GA4 and Ahrefs, July to September 2026. Small numbers, honestly reported. We would rather show you a real baseline than a borrowed chart.

Supplements, DSHEA

CalmGut

Full 17-page content rebuild with verified PubMed citations, llms.txt, Organization schema and a Wikidata entity. First AI-referred sale within weeks of the rebuild.

Research compounds, RUO

Liv Pure

Repositioned an entire catalog to research-use-only language, consolidated the product taxonomy, and rebuilt the site with compliance on every surface.

Every site we have built or rebuiltHealth and research first. Two are our own brands, one is our own research, one is this page.

The Answer Layer. Four conditions a brand has to meet before a model will cite it.

Every agency has a framework name. Ours is short because the idea is: a page must be readable by the crawler, resolvable to one known entity, citable on the strength of its evidence, and the brand must be referenced where the models already look. Most health sites fail the first one. Almost all of them skip the last.

Readable

The crawler and the AI bots can reach the page and parse it. A 20-second crawl delay, a theme that hides the H1, a redirect chain: each one removes you before content is even considered.

Resolvable

Models cite entities, not URLs. If Google, Bing and Wikidata disagree about who you are, you do not exist. One identity everywhere, linked together.

Citable

Every page ships with verified PubMed or PMC references in the prose, exact doses, a named author and a date, which is also what a model prefers to quote.

Referenced

About two thirds of AI citations point to third-party sources. So the work leaves your site: journalist sourcing, Reddit, YouTube transcripts, supplier pages that name you.

Score your site. Six yes-or-no questions.

The same binary rubric we use in the audit and in our published label research: a point for each condition met, no partial credit. Nothing is sent anywhere; the score is computed on this page.

Your robots.txt allows GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot.Or at least does not block them. Many CDN defaults now block by default.
You have an llms.txt at the site root.A plain-text index of your canonical pages for language models.
Organization schema with sameAs links to LinkedIn, Wikidata and Crunchbase. One entity, resolvable by every engine.
Every health claim on your top pages links to a study.A real PubMed or PMC reference in the sentence, not a bibliography nobody reads.
Your key pages carry a named author, credentials and a publish date. The E-E-A-T basics that models and Google both weigh.
You have checked Search Console's AI-features report in the last 30 days.If you are not measuring it, nobody is optimizing it.

Answer the six questions. "Not sure" counts as no, because a model treats it the same way.

No decks. No discovery call.
The price is on the page.

Three ways to work with us. Every one starts with the audit.

Pricing is published because regulated businesses do not have time for a discovery call that ends in a quote. Pick the rung that matches where you are.

The outcome

What changes when the answer includes you.

A prospect types the question your category exists to answer. The assistant composes a reply from a handful of sources it trusts, and one of the citations opens your page. That is the whole outcome, and every line on this page exists to make it happen more often.

What ships on every site we touch.

Most agencies show you a mood board. We show you the files. This page runs the same layer we install for clients, and you can read it below.

llms.txtA plain-text map of the site for language models, listing every canonical page with a one-line description. Served at the root, kept in sync with the sitemap.
Entity graphOrganization schema with sameAs links to LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Wikidata and Bing Places, so every engine resolves the brand to one entity.
CitationsEvery health claim anchored to a verified PubMed or PMC reference in prose. No fabricated PMIDs, ever. Automated QA before a page is published.
IndexingIndexNow to Bing and partners on every publish, sitemap in both consoles, canonical and redirect hygiene checked by crawler.
MeasurementSearch Console AI-feature impressions, GA4 with AI referrers split out, and a monthly manual prompt panel so you can see the answer change.
Off-siteJournalist-source platforms, Reddit contribution, YouTube transcripts, supplier and partner links, review profiles: the Referenced condition, run as a monthly program.
OversightClaims register per client. A human signs off on anything that touches DSHEA, FTC or state practice rules.

Founder

Run by an operator, not an account manager.

Ryan Pepple builds and runs the brands Abovance learned on. He designed, wrote, coded and ranked the CalmGut supplement site from nothing, co-owns a research-compound company that had to be repositioned under a stricter reading of the rules, and spent fifteen years running a trade business where the work either held up or you heard about it.

That is the standard here. If we would not put a claim on our own label, it does not go on yours.

The nameAbovance is above plus compliance. Compliance is the floor in a regulated market. The work starts above it: pages a model can read, an entity it can resolve, evidence it can quote, and a brand it keeps finding elsewhere.
